An entrepreneur and Profile practitioner, Paul provides the strategic direction for IP Holdings and IP Training Solutions. Their core business is running the Finance division of companies who outsource their business to IP Holdings;performing needs analysis as well as running “savings” campaigns.

He served as Cruise Director on the Celebrity Cruise Liners for seven years until 2007. His Head

Office was in Miami and the cruises included sailing the Carribean, Alaska, Canada, the Baltic

and many more exciting destinations.

The cruises normally accommodated 2000 people at a time !with Paul and his 70 staff members taking control of disembarkation of all the passengers within 1 ½ hours; crisis management; strategy and planning; Cruise Line programme presenter on television; event management; training and what he loved the most – being the Master of Ceremonies every evening, bringing a sparkle to the cruise
