To move from manager to an inspirational leader is an exciting journey involving the head, heart and integrity. These are critical aspects of a leader-profile. Respectively, they refer to knowing and thinking, emotions and character – it involves the whole person. When these aspects are ‘out of sync’, the result can be likened to a cracked mirror – partial images. This should not be a surprise; observation and experience have taught us that many leaders show a dominant bias to knowing and thinking, emotions and character, thus an over-emphasis of one creating the way for neglecting the others.
The aim of the University of Life™ is, therefore, to help balance an inspirational leader. In order to succeed in this endeavour, partners of the University of Life™ have developed six core programmes which blend these critical factors to enable leaders to open themselves to significantly higher levels of thinking, feeling and integrity.
- Leadership & Emotional maturity (intelligence is more than IQ).
- Productivity & understanding of the effect of the hierarchy of human needs.
- Sense-Making, Problem Solving, Conflict & Change Management, with memory enhancement juggling tools.
- Ethics & the Moral Compass.
- Purposeful metamorphosis.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
